The solar lighting tower combines solar panels, batteries, LED lamps, a smart controller, and a strong frame. The solar panels convert sunlight into energy and store it in the battery system. This energy powers the LED lights. The tower uses lightweight and durable materials, making it suitable for outdoor events, emergency sites, and construction lighting. It produces zero emissions, requires no external power source, and delivers efficient lighting for many applications.
The solar panel system offers 180° rotation and a 30–60° electric tilt, with a maximum power of 1200W. This setup allows flexible adjustments and quick deployment. The LED lights rotate 360° and tilt from 0° to 90°. The tower supports up to four 150W lamps and can operate for up to 24 heures. All wiring runs inside the mast, which extends up to 9 meters and uses hot-dip galvanization to improve durability and protect the cables.
Key structural parts use a hot-dip galvanized finish. The coating is three times thicker than standard plating and offers strong corrosion resistance. The smart control system includes a timer, brightness settings, and a battery capacity display. It is simple to use and very reliable. A sealed enclosure, independent air channels, and a high-power cooling fan keep the tower ventilated and dust-protected, even in harsh environments.
