The Tengdao deep well pump is equipped with a dedicated controller, enabling various operating modes such as variable frequency speed control, constant speed, constant pressure, and constant flow water supply, timed on/off, remote network operation, and intelligent operation. It has a wide range of adaptability, operating at both 50/60Hz, with a wide voltage range, and provides constant output to maintain head and flow. Due to the use of a high-efficiency motor (with a maximum efficiency of 92%), and a power factor of 0.99 for single-phase operation, the pump’s efficiency remains significantly higher than that of conventional asynchronous motors after accounting for the comprehensive losses of the controller.

High-Speed Deep Well Pump Series

The high-speed, high-efficiency deep well pump is a new type of deep well pump that uses a high-speed, efficient, brushless DC permanent magnet synchronous motor as its power source. Compared to conventional deep well pumps, it features high-speed operation, with dimensions and weight reduced to one-third to one-fourth of the same specifications in power and head flow. It is energy-saving, efficient, and fully functional. This is a new generation of integrated electromechanical well submersible pumps and a milestone product in the development of submersible pumps.

The controller paired with the Tengdao deep well pump is capable of accepting inputs from both AC and DC solar sources, allowing it to be paired with compatible solar panels to create a solar well pump. The successfully developed solar pump features automatic variable frequency control, automatic switching between AC power and solar energy, and achieves a solar utilization rate of 100%. Technically, it surpasses all current solar pumps, including those using MPPT solar charging modes. The power ranges from several hundred watts to tens of kilowatts, with efficiency exceeding that of other solar pumps by more than 20%.

The Tengdao deep well pump is suitable for water supply and drainage, fountains, solar applications, and other submersible pump uses, and is widely applied across industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, petrochemicals, and water treatment. It holds a unique leading advantage in high-power and high-lift applications, representing the future direction of submersible pump development and embodying the new generation of integrated electromechanical well submersibles.
